No. Livvo landlords understand that students and interns often can't provide a local guarantor. You verify through your university email or work placement letter instead. We make it simple so you can focus on your experience abroad.
Each landlord sets their own minimum and maximum stay. You can find properties for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months or more. Duration is always agreed directly between you and the landlord — Livvo just makes the connection.
A flatshare means you rent a room in a shared apartment with other tenants. A rental can be a whole apartment, studio or house. On Livvo you'll find both — filter by "Flatshare" if you want to live with others, or browse studios and apartments for more privacy.
Yes. The Livvo community is free for everyone — whether or not you rent through us. Create a profile, join student groups, find flatmates, get city tips and meet people. You don't need to book a property to be part of the community.
We're live in Athens. Paris, London, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam and more European cities are coming soon. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when we launch in your city.

Browsing and joining the community is free. There are no hidden fees to create an account or search for properties. Any fees for bookings or listings are clearly communicated before you commit.
